I have not opened the box yet but the box was not damaged so expecting it to be in good shape. the service was awesome they answered questions promptly and once it was shipped took about a week. very satisfied all I can be till I get it open.

I was not happy with their service. I did not get the model, k4000-2 that I order from them, or the one in the picture, they send the one from Amazon. I could have did that myself, but Amazon did not have the newest version. it was cheaper threw Amazon for the same k4000 full quantum board that was sent to me. this was my first order threw Alibaba website. I was not happy with my order, why if I order straight from the company. and they still send me the model that I did not want. it works good the plants like it very much. buy threw Amazon don’t waste your time or more money with ordering threw there company you won’t receive it. they will send you the one that is convenient for them. not the one ordered from there company in china. it’s was $40.00 cheaper after after threw Amazon and free delivery The prices on Amazon goes up and down when you keep searching it’s $199 plus taxes then the prices will drop to $159.99 plus taxes this company charge me $130 plus shipping taxes $211
